Role Overview:

Stepping in to lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher

Delivering pre-prepared materials and keeping students focused on their learning

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, productive atmosphere

Supporting students throughout the school day and acting as a positive influence

Collaborating with school staff to maintain consistency and support learning outcomes

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

Have experience working with children or teenagers (e.g. in coaching, mentoring, youth work, or support roles)

Are confident managing a classroom and encouraging positive behaviour

Communicate clearly and can adapt to different classroom situations

Are dependable, proactive, and motivated to help students succeed

Are interested in progressing into a teaching or educational support role
