Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm learning environment

• Encouraging student engagement and participation across subjects

• Reporting back to teachers and senior staff on progress and issues

Requirements

• A degree or relevant experience in an education setting

• A confident, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills

• Passion for education and working with young people

• Ability to adapt and manage a classroom effectively
