Description
Aspire People are seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences.
Implement pre-prepared lesson plans.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students' learning and well-being.
Provide feedback to teaching staff as required.
Requirements:
Experience working with young people is desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour.
Enthusiasm for supporting student development.
