Location: Fishguard

Weekly pay | PAYE | £100 - £115 p/d

TeacherActive is currently recruiting Level 3 Cover Supervisors to work in a partnership secondary school in Fishguard. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident and adaptable education professionals looking for flexible or full-time work within supportive school environments.

The Role

Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher

Supervise pupils across a range of subjects and year groups

Maintain a calm, positive, and productive classroom environment

Manage behaviour confidently and consistently

Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive engagement

Build strong professional relationships with pupils and school staff

Adapt confidently to different classroom environments and school settings

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Education, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant subject

Previous experience working with children or young people

Experience working within a secondary school environment is desirable

Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
