Primary SEN Provisions (Bradford)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Contract: Flexible Supply / Short-Term / Long-Term Opportunities

Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Are you a confident and compassionate professional with experience supporting children with complex needs?

We are looking for Complex Support Assistants to join our education supply agency and work across Primary SEN provisions in Bradford. This role includes supporting children with personal care needs, so confidence and experience in this area is essential.

We offer a variety of placements, from day-to-day supply work to long-term assignments, giving you the flexibility to choose the work that suits you.

Providing 1:1 or small-group support for children with complex learning, medical, or physical needs

Assisting with personal care including toileting, feeding, and mobility support where required

Supporting class teachers in delivering tailored learning activities

Implementing behaviour and care plans to support pupils' development and wellbeing

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all learnersRequirements:

Experience supporting children with complex needs, including medical or personal care

Confident and comfortable with personal care duties

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patient, empathetic, and resilient

An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Relevant qualifications in education, SEN support, or healthcare (desirable)Apply Today!
