Many students require personalised learning approaches, structured routines and high levels of adult support to help them develop academically, socially and emotionally. The environment is supportive, nurturing and focused on promoting independence, dignity and respect for every learner.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEND team to ensure students are fully supported throughout the school day.

Assisting with feeding, mobility and sensory regulation activities

Supporting communication using visual aids and alternative communication methods

Supporting students during break times, transitions and enrichment activities

Contributing to a safe, structured and engaging learning environment

This role requires patience, emotional resilience and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people who may experience communication barriers, anxiety or behavioural challenges.

We are seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about supporting young people with additional and complex needs.

A flexible and proactive approach

What We Offer
