We are currently supporting a well-established Further Education College in their search for an experienced Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of their campuses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the campus and providing a safe, supportive environment for both staff and students.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus

Ensure the campus is safe, secure, and well maintained

Manage site staff including caretaking, facilities, and support teams

Coordinate health and safety procedures across the campus

Support the college leadership team with operational and administrative tasks

Liaise with external contractors and service providers

Ensure facilities and resources are available to support teaching and learning The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in campus management, facilities management, or site management

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Experience managing staff, contractors, and building operations
