A friendly and inclusive specialist school in Sonning is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people aged 4 to 16 with Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and other behavioural difficulties.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work alongside teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a safe and structured learning environment that promotes emotional regulation, self-confidence, and academic engagement.

Role: Behaviour Support Worker

Location: Sonning

Salary: £89-£100 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Start Date: ASAP

Age Group: 4-16 years
