Behaviour Support – The Role:

Alternative Provision in Chorlton–cum–hardy

Support pupils with challenging behaviour

Assist those with additional needs

Promote positive behaviour and mental health

1:1 / small group intervention sessions

Monitor student progress

Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs

Behaviour Support – Key Information:

Daily rate of 100– 120 per day, term time only

Full time, Monday – Friday school hours

Excellent SLT and SEN team to support

Behaviour Support – Person Specification:

2:1 or 1st class degree would be ideal

Challenging experience is required

Previous experience working in a PRU would be desirable

Personable and role model figure required

Supportive and inspiring personality

Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
