Salary: £110.00 - £115.00 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Warrington.

What You'll Do:

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural and emotional needs.

Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour, engagement, and social skills.

Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.

Monitor progress and keep detailed records of interventions.

Act as a positive role model, encouraging resilience, confidence, and independence.

Proven experience supporting children with SEN.

Strong behaviour management skills and patience under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
