The Role – Behaviour Mentor

This role of a Behaviour Mentor requires an individual to work 1:1 and support KS2 students with challenging behaviour. This role requires someone who is resilient but supportive for KS2 students with challenging behaviour. This role requires someone who is committed to provide a positive and encouraging environment for students with challenging behaviour to develop good habits and improve in their overall behaviour. Ideally, you will have previous experience with challenging behaviour.
