The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming secondary SEMH school in Bexley. The school supports students aged 11–16 who present with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students who often display challenging behaviours, helping them engage with their education and reach their potential.

You’ll be working closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, nurturing learning environment, using your experience and initiative to de-escalate challenging situations and provide consistent support throughout the school day.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience working with children or young people with complex needs, including ADHD and SEMH, and who is committed to making a real difference in their lives.
