The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are recruiting for a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Hillingdon. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be working closely with secondary-aged students who have been referred from mainstream settings due to behaviour, SEMH, or complex needs. You will support students 1:1 and in small groups to manage behaviour, re-engage with learning, and build trust and routine within the school day.

The School – Behaviour Mentor

The school is a PRU catering for students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties and those at risk of permanent exclusion. Based in Hillingdon, the school offers a structured and nurturing environment with a highly experienced senior leadership team. Staff are well supported, and the school offers regular CPD and excellent facilities.
