Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentors to join supportive secondary schools in Bexley and across South East London. These are full-time, long-term roles, starting immediately and offering the chance to make a real difference to students who need it most.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs

Help implement tailored strategies to improve engagement and encourage positive choices

Assist teachers with classroom behaviour management

Build strong, trusting relationships to support students in re-engaging with their learning

We're looking for individuals who:

Have experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, or similar)

Bring a resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support

Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply)

Are reliable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact
