Description
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This full-time role offers a temp-to-perm pathway and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Location: North Cambridge
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with ASC, helping them access the curriculum and engage in learning.Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through consistent and supportive strategies.Facilitate communication and social interaction, using appropriate tools and techniques.Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.Support pupils during transitions, both within the school day and across settings.Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Role Details:
