*ASDAN Teacher – Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities*

*Location:* Ashford (working across both sites)

*Hours:* 9:15am – 4:45pm, Monday to Friday

*Pay:* £13.50 per hour

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated *ASDAN Teacher* to join our friendly team in Ashford. This role involves planning and delivering engaging ASDAN-accredited lessons and activities that support learners’ personal development, confidence, and employability. You’ll be working across both of our Ashford sites as part of a supportive and dynamic staff team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Plan, deliver, and assess ASDAN-accredited sessions.

* Support adults with learning disabilities to achieve their individual goals.

* Maintain accurate learner records and portfolios in line with ASDAN requirements.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.

* Contribute to learner reviews and progress reports.

*Requirements:*

* A recognised qualification or experience in teaching *ASDAN* programmes (essential).

* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or additional needs.

* A patient, creative, and adaptable approach.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
