Key Responsibilities:

*

Supporting children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)

*

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

*

Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their potential

*

Promoting a safe, nurturing learning environment

*

Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies

Requirements:

*

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable

*

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

*

Right to work in the UK
