Adult Teaching Assistant (Term Time Only, 32.5 hours/week)Eden Lodge, Tamworth, B77 4DTReeves Street, Walsall, WD3 3DLSalary: GBP18,118.75 per annumAdult Teaching Assistant (Permanent, 27.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm)Collingwood Sig One, Birmingham, B43 7HLSalary: GBP17,875 per annumPlease note: UK applicants only. Role Overview:

As an Adult Teaching Assistant, you will provide person-centred support and care to clients, enabling them to fully benefit from our provisions.

You will:

Support development and learning through the 'Skills Tank' ProvisionAssist the Hub Manager in delivering fun, educational activitiesProvide clear feedback on each learner's progressEnsure all activities adhere to Health & Safety and fire regulationsParticipate in ongoing training to enhance your skillsKnowledge & Experience:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar roleExperience supporting adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health needsExperience managing challenging behaviourDesirable: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Adults), knowledge of autism and mental healthCommitment to ongoing professional developmentWhy Join Us?
