Academics are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Educators / Nannies to join our supply team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced childcare professionals looking for flexible work across a range of family settings.

You will provide high-quality, nurturing care and support to children, helping to create a safe, stimulating and positive environment where they can learn, play and develop.

Assignments may include day-to-day supply work, short-term placements and longer-term opportunities, depending on your availability and experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing attentive and nurturing care to children.

Supporting children's daily routines and individual needs.

Planning and engaging children in age-appropriate activities.

Supporting children's learning, development and well-being.

Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating environment.

Building positive relationships with children and families.

Following routines and guidance provided by parents or settings.

Communicating professionally with parents, carers and the Academics team.About You

Reliable, punctual and professional.

Confident caring for children independently.

Able to build strong relationships with children and families.

Flexible and adaptable to different environments and routines.

Proactive and able to use your own initiative.

You don't need an early years qualification however this would be preferred. Experience is a must. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' sole-charge nannying experience is a must!

A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Previous professional experience working with children.

An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.

Two suitable professional references.

The right to work in the UK.

Excellent communication skills.
