Job Title: Accountancy Tutor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Delivery required across Leeds, Sheffield and Hull

Salary: up to £40,000 (Salary depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

No teaching or assessing experience? No problem! Our client will support you through the completion of relevant qualifications to become a fully-fledged Tutor.

* Must be an ACCA member or Finalist.

* Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to groups of learners, and on a 1:1 basis.

* Ideally have experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within an Accountancy setting.

* An understanding of Accountancy qualifications and Apprenticeship programmes.

* Full, clean UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

* Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

* To teach a caseload of students and Apprentices, who are working towards AAT, ACA, CIMA and ACCA examinations.

* Support with the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes up to Level 7.

* Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.

* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Personal Skills:

* Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.

* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

* Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
