Accountancy Trainer (AAT Levels 3 & 4)

Location: Derby

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As an Accountancy Trainer, you’ll play a vital part in developing and inspiring learners working towards their AAT qualifications. Your key responsibilities will include:

*

Delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions for AAT Level 3 and Level 4 learners (classroom and online).

*

Supporting, motivating, and guiding learners throughout their qualification journey.

*

Assessing learner progress and preparing them for End Point Assessments.

*

Adapting delivery and resources to meet different learning styles and needs.

*

Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, quality standards, and professional values.

*

Keeping your knowledge up to date and completing relevant CPD activities.

About You

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about developing others. You will bring:

*

A minimum AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent).

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

A genuine drive to support and inspire learners.

*

The ability to adapt your approach and use technology effectively.

*

A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Desirable (but not essential):

*

Teaching, training, or assessment experience.

*

Experience in apprenticeships or education.

*

A teaching or coaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

*

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
