Academic Support Assistant - Secondary Schools - Wirral
Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Tradewind Education has Academic Support Assistant opportunities in Secondary schools across the Wirral.
Join our team and help young learners build skills, confidence and a love of learning in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills
Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence
Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphereWhat you'll need to work through Tradewind Education:

Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
