ABA Tutor – Immediate Start

Ealing, West London

£110 – £135 per day

Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start

A supportive and forward-thinking specialist provision within a welcoming school in Ealing is seeking a committed ABA Tutor to join their team immediately. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils with Autism and additional needs, delivering structured, evidence-based interventions that make a genuine difference to learning, behaviour, and independence.

About the Role

You will work on a 1:1 and small group basis, implementing tailored ABA programmes designed around individual EHCP targets. The school values consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement, and you’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on pupil progress and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering structured ABA sessions following individual behaviour and learning plans

Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and social development

Collecting data and monitoring progress against targets

Working closely with the SENCO, Behaviour Analysts, and Teaching Staff

Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

Creating a safe, engaging, and predictable learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting children or young people with Autism/SEN

Knowledge or experience of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) approaches

Patient, consistent, and calm approach to behaviour support

Confident in following structured xjnqpsq intervention plans

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Psychology graduates, SEN TAs, Behaviour Mentors, and ABA Tutors encouraged to apply
