Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Gainsborough. This role is full time Monday to Friday. The role is supporting a pupil with SEND on a 1:1 basis, ensuring the pupil is supported throughout their lessons.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student with additional needs, offering vital support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible. Your primary duties will include:

Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.

Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.

Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.Requirements: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of individual students.

Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment.Benefits:
