Requirements:

Experience working with students with SEN, either in a school or care setting

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student's progress

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents

Responsibilities:

Provide personalised support to a student with SEN, both in and out of the classroom

Assist in implementing individualised learning plans designed by the SEN coordinator

Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student, promoting their social and emotional development

Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education
