The Position – 1:1 Learning Mentor

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Mentor to join a supportive primary school team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working 1:1 with pupils who require additional support to improve their learning and overall progress. You will build positive relationships, deliver tailored interventions, and help pupils develop confidence and motivation. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils academic and personal development.
