Description
The Elektron Monomachine is a synthesizer and music sequencer by Elektron, available in models SFX-6 and SFX-60. The SFX-6 model includes a keyboard and joystick controller, while the SFX-60 is a desktop sound module. It was produced from 2004 to 2016 and offers five different synthesis engines called SID, VO, FM+, SuperWave, and DigiPro. The Monomachine also provides a variety of audio effects and a six-track sequencer that can be programmed either by real-time playing or step input method.
The SuperWave synthesizer, which is analog modeled, gives warm and thick sounds made from unique algorithms that avoid digital processing artifacts. The SID synthesizer is based on the sound processor from the Commodore 64 home computer, offering a gritty and sharp-edged character.
Fully working, in great condition, absolute beast of a machine. I don't use it anymore, such a shame to see it gathering dust. Owned from new, still have the original box and manuals. These beasts can go for up to £3k. Make me an offer!
