As a runner, I managed to injure my tendon in my ankle meaning that I couldn't run for a couple of weeks. I went to SPC sports for an initial consultation, and felt very comfortable with Steve from the beginning as he was very personable. He explained what the consultation would cover - from strength, sports massage, testing the flexibility of the ankle etc... He explained what he was doing at each step and gave me exercises following the consultation. They worked really well and tailored to helping my ankle recover. Only after a few days my ankle is starting to improve. He also went the extra mile and also recommended running shoes that would help ease the pressure on my ankle, and did a post check in following the appointment too. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

I had an excellent initial session with Steve. He is friendly and professional, and really takes time to understand and focus on the problem. He is very methodical and careful in treating the painful areas. My shoulder and back felt much better after just one visit. Parking is available with one space on-site and street parking nearby. Highly recommended!
