Description
This 1999 TL1000S is presented in good overall condition and benefits from having an Ohlins rear shock to replace the "troublesome" rotary damper they came from the factory with. It also has a very nice HyperPro steering damper fitted to alleviate the tendency for head shaking! These bikes were a revolution in 1998 and have a very loyal following now, definitely a milestone bike and still an amazing amount of fun today, the big V-twin engine still pulls like a train in virtually any gear and they are still a very fun bike to ride. Braided steel hoses on the brakes help with stopping power and a rear carbon effect hugger will keep that Ohlins shock clean and protected. There are a few marks and chips as you would expect for a bike of 26 years use but nothing major. Please note that the solo seat cowl seen in the video is not included in the sale.
