71 reg SUZUKI GSX S 1000 TRADE SALE.

For sale is this GREY GSXS1000 ABS that has suffered a snapped chain.

Vehicle Registration Mark: **71 ***.
HPI Category: HPI clear. This bike has not been written off and has no outstanding finance.
V5 present: Yes, the V5 is here.
Keys: 2x genuine Suzuki coded keys.
Does bike run: It did but we have now removed the water pump as it was leaking coolant and oil.
Mileage: 10188 miles.
MOT: The bike is sold as a project. The current MOT expires in October 2025.

Bad points/Damage: This bike has suffered a snapped chain. This broke the mounts on the engine for the clutch slave cylinder. It also damaged the waterpump and cracked the crank cases where the water pump enters them. The only other damage I can find is some stone chips on the tank (circled in green). I cannot find any other damage on this bike. Please study the pics as this description is just a guide!

Good points/Extras: This bike is totally standard, low miles and has good tyres. We still have the water pump and damaged parts. If this bike is still hear when things slow down here we will repair it ourselves (easiest way would be with a new engine and recoup some of the costs by selling parts from the old one). For the price you will not be disappointed with this bike!


I normally only sell my bikes within the trade but Im going to see how I get on selling trade bikes direct to the public. This means that they will be sold cheaper that you could buy them for from a retailer but they are sold as trade sales. I will be completely open with all of my bikes and I encourage people to come and check over the bikes so that you are happy with them before committing to buy. When I list my bikes I will be comparing prices and making sure that they are priced very competitively so please don't make silly offers. I do not have a shop so viewing is strictly by appointment only.

Bikes can be delivered at a cost of £1 per mile (1 way) from DY8 although I would encourage any potential buyers to come and view the bike first as a non-refundable deposit is required before a delivery can take place.
