Description
First, we are more personal. We take the time to get to know each and every one of my clients and their properties, so that we can develop a customized plan that meets their unique needs. I am also always available to answer their questions and address their concerns.
Second, we am more proactive. We are not just a reactive manager who waits for problems to arise. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my clients' properties and protect their investment. For example, we may recommend preventative maintenance tasks or suggest ways to make the property more energy-efficient.
Third, we are more transparent. We keep our clients informed of all aspects of their property management, from rent collection and maintenance to financial reporting.
Fourth, we are more affordable. My fees are competitive, and we offer a variety of pricing options to fit clients' budgets.
