It has been not been over-used, so there is minimal wear.
Suitcase is fully functional. However, I’d recommend not overloading it too heavily, as these type wheels can struggle when dragging a heavy load (especially over rough terrain). And on no occasion should it be tipped backwards before rolling (as so many people do for some reason).
