1996 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon (GF8), 2.0 turbo EJ20, manual, AWD. Iconic Mica Blue with gold Prodrive wheels. A rare early WRX estate that combines rally heritage with real practicality.
This is a very clean, original example. Never welded, rust free panels, tidy underside. Approaching 30 years old yet it feels tight and properly sorted.
Over £5,000 spent recently making it mechanically superb. Major work includes an engine out reseal, new clutch and spigot bearing, upgraded gear linkage, new fuel pump and dyno verified fuelling, cooling system flush and correct refill, belts replaced, plus professional paint correction and wax protection. Bonnet vent tops refinished and underside covers refitted.
Latest work in Dec 2025: four new 215/45 R17 XL tyres, new front and rear brake pads, and a four wheel alignment.
Kakimoto stainless exhaust, classic boxer burble. Unmodified interior with factory Nardi wheel and gear knob, working air conditioning, TOAD alarm with turbo cool down timer. Very clean seats, headlining and trim.
Mileage circa 97,500 and will rise slightly with light use. MOT to June 2026 with no advisories. Receipts and documentation.
