Hugh has been working in the Hospitality and Construction sector for over 30 years.
He has created and managed multiple businesses ranging from cafe’s, wine bars, restaurants and cocktail bars in both Melbourne and London. Described by the Sydney Morning Herald as an "Apostle of the Melbourne Bar Scene" having played an integral part in Melbourne's current hospitality culture. Hugh moved to London looking for new creative challenges, opening Lardo in Hackney, the first of many projects in UK and Europe. He has a long history working in Melbourne and London. With a building and heritage consultant background Hugh has designed and built spaces that are dynamic and interesting with also a nod to traditions and heritage.

Having launched her first store Alice Euphemia in 1997, Caroline spent the next two decades nurturing independent designers from studio to sales, fashion weeks, and successful careers both in Melbourne and London. Caroline led the way in rejuvenating not only Australia's independent fashion scene but set the template for Melbourne’s modern retail revival pushing the boundaries of fashion retail through a unique blend of art, retail and events. Caroline has always kept community and charity at the heart of her work and this is reflected in her acute understanding of the zeitgeist of the places she inhabits.
