Inadequate if you can't check. I used them 3 times, once was brilliant and the other 2 would have caused me bad feed back. They put their linen over mine (who does that) so it was seemingly lost, although they voided the last invoice because they couldn't prove anything I felt accused and there was no apology when it was discovered just the invoice resent.
