Started off well, told the person on the phone keys were to pick up from the estate agent, it'll be £695 they said, agreed the price, was supposed to have the survey done early the week after, and report done by the friday. They didnt go to the house until the friday, by the tuesday I had to chase them up to see where the report was, itll be 48 hours I was told, over 48hrs later i had to chase them up again. The office was supposed to send me a client contract over 2 weeks ago and still had to chase that up the day I was supposed to get the report. Invoice came through with £95 added on for collecting the keys so it was close to £800, sent the payment, sent the agreement and still waited 40 minutes for the report to be sent after chasing them up again. All the report says is very vague so I asked a follow up question and have never gotten a reply even over a week later. They told me the delay was going to the isle of skye for an insurance job which is very rare, the week later they were supposed to go to my sister in laws house (she booked this before I had the trouble with the report) and on one occasion just didnt turn up on the day it was booked they rang and said theyd had an insurance call out, so cant be that rare.

I haven't used this company yet but plan to in the near future. The engineer who came to view the job was very helpful and explained exactly what should happen without pushing for the job. I would recommend this firm.
