I specialise in new builds, extensions and garage/loft conversions and more recently extensive experience of HMO’s.

I have over 40 years experience in both design and build but these days with being semi retired I just offer a design/planning service.

I will come to see you to discuss your proposal, submit a quotation and if you wish to proceed we discuss your perspective and undertake a dimensional survey.
Two or three options of what can be achieved wil, then be presented for you to arrive at an optimal design for your project.
Drawing are then prepared for both planning and building regulations permission.
You are then Invited to make a final inspection and make alterations if so required.

However due to mobility issues I am unable to access lofts but able to complete loft conversion design with your assistance.
This usually entails your taking photos of your roof space for me preparing a sketch for you to take a few measurements of your roof space.

I like to work within a 15 mile radius of Long Eaton (NG10)

If you want to work remotely which can be done quite easily. I will lead you through this process, be it a new build, an extension or a loft conversion.

Structural calculations for both steel work to BS449 and timber where necessary are also included in our packages at no further cost.

I will also undertake just independent structural calculations for supporting steelwork where walls are required to be taken out.

Additionally I undertake the design and preparation of structural steel work shop fabrication drawings for industrial applications, mezzanines etc.
