I am a Chartered Structural Engineer in the UK with over 9 years experience.

My experience includes, but is not limited to: House extensions including basement extensions; Office conversion/commercial projects; large scale commercial development.

I am proficient in designing in all major construction materials (Concrete, Steel, Masonry & Timber) and have extensive experience in designing to Eurocode and British Standards.

I am able to provide CAD drawings or hand sketches for quick response depending on your preference.

The services I provide are:

- Renovations & Refurbishment
- New Build
- Report Surveys & Investigations (Load Bearing Wall assessment)

We are looking to remove a supporting wall to create an open plan area in our home. GCW was very professional from start to end and easy to communicate with. He provided a professional report for us to use . Very happy to work with him and will recommend to others.

We had a really positive experience working with Garrick. He was very quick to respond to our advert and took the time to speak with me on the phone about the work that we wanted doing before coming out to look at our home. You're in safe hands. Great, friendly service, I spoke with Garrick on the phone to discuss the job. He understood my requirements immediately and was able to give me an idea of the work involved in each scenario and a likely outcome. He came over the same week to make his survey and was able to provide the specifications needed the next day. Looking forward to having my work carried out now!
