Go Store were perfect when I needed them most. James and Laura were understanding and helpful and continue to provide support whenever it's needed. The facility is fantastic, so accessible and easy. The team at Go Store are fantastic and the facilities are clean, modern and secure. When I first enquired they showed me around various units to find the best one to suit my needs. They have been friendly and helpful on every visit since. I made use of the free van hire for a day when filling my unit which was great to have included as part of the introductory offer. I would highly recommend them.

I must say that I have been totally impressed with the service and facilities at Go Store Self Service Stoke. Laura is a delight to deal with, her attitude to customer service is excellent and her friendly professional nature helped me to decide on the best sized storage for my needs. The facility is clean and well laid out with easy access and excellent security features. Which at a very stressful time of moving out of our home to travel was just what we needed. Their communication is excellent and ongoing. I initially attended to view the self storage but ended up renting out on the same day. All the staff were friendly. Laura helped me get set up with the phone app which controls access into the storage through all the automated doors and gate. Would recommend using facilities at GoStore modern and clean set up
