Hi,
I am starting to resume jogging once or twice a week in the Gateshead/Bensham area.
I am 41, of moderate fitness, I used to run 10ks but haven`t jogged in a while and need to build up my fitness from scratch.
I try to cover 10k each run, although that can often be jogging for 1k and then walk a bit and repeat to cover the distance.
I am looking for someone in a similar boat who would like to go jogging together in the evenings, I know 3 different good jogging routes in the area and I think it would help me keep to regularly going jogging if there was someone else to do it with and help you too.
