Gym / Fitness Buddy Wanted – Woolwich
Sami, I’m looking to meet some like-minded people who want to get fitter, stay active and help motivate each other.
I’m coming back from a long-term knee injury and have put on some weight while I’ve been less active. I’m now ready to get back into a proper fitness routine, lose some weight, improve my fitness and generally feel healthier again.
I’ll be joining Better Gym in Woolwich and would ideally like to find a gym buddy, but I’m also interested in other activities such as.

Badminton
Football
Walking
Cycling
Light jogging as my fitness improves
Gym/classes
Other sports or fitness activities
I’m not looking for someone who is super fit or competitive — just someone friendly, reliable and positive who also wants a bit of motivation and company while getting active.
