Description
Elegant KEF floorstanding speakers in very good condition and full working order. I don't have grilles for them.
The XQ30 was introduced in 2008, priced at £1500 a pair. They use KEF's Uni-Q drivers with tweeter in the throat of the midrange driver for point source imaging.
They have a brightish balance, but with the right partnering equipment produce a super detailed, open sound with amazing imaging and presence.
They have been cleaned and are in very good condiiton.
The KEF XQ30 is a 3-way, floor-standing, bass-reflex loudspeaker featuring a 130mm (5.25in.) Uni-Q array with a 19mm (0.75in.) aluminum dome tweeter (featuring a "tangerine" waveguide) and a 130mm (5.25in.) woofer.
It operates at 8 ohms, provides 87dB sensitivity, and has a frequency response of 48Hz-55kHz.
