Booked a trial session with them. Tutor had the wrong time booked. Had to reschedule as my original time was no longer available. I was told I would be sent a new link but never was. Unprofessional and seemingly incompetent

We booked a maths tutor for three months to help A-Level revision. Three months was clear up front, clearly communicated and verbally confirmed on the phone. When the three months were up, June 2025, the payments kept being taken. When we confronted them about it after the July payment was taken, nobody ever called back so we cancelled the direct debit. We are now in October and they still haven‘t called back and they are now chasing for further payment. Our student is now in Uni and doesn’t need math tutoring! We communicated VERY clearly that it was required for a limited time only and they still try to take more money several months after the agreed time and several phonecalls. The tutor was great but the company will scam you!!!

I havent used them properly yet but seem ery professional and received a free zoom tutor trial for english fir my 14 year old.was very good and lady knew exactly what my daughter was learning at school and very professional.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.. We signed up for some classes and cancelled it later on and we got text messages confirming the cancellations but they keep on charging our credit cards with out our authority. This is full scam stay out
