¡Hola! I’m Angela Blanco, founder of Fluency Lab.

As a team of professional native Spanish-speaking teachers, we help adults learn Spanish for real-life situations. Not textbook Spanish or random words on an app, but Spanish you can use when you travel, move abroad, speak with locals, order food, ask for help, call a plumber, talk to a neighbour, or understand what someone is saying back to you. Our company has been working for 5 years, and our team has more than a decade of experience working specifically on the best way of teaching the Spanish language.

Many of our students come to us after trying apps like Duolingo or joining group classes. They can recognise some words. They know hola, gracias, cerveza, maybe la cuenta. But when a real person speaks back, everything suddenly feels fast, messy and a bit stressful.

At Fluency Lab, we work with adults who want Spanish to feel useful in real life.

Your lessons are online, one-to-one, and built around your goals.

For example:

- Spanish for practical problems, like appointments, repairs, transport or emergencies

In the lessons, we use simple explanations, real situations, dialogues, listening practice, and useful notes you can keep.
