It's in good condition, fabric is clean with minimal signs of wear.
The 3 seater converts from a comfortable sofa to a bed, mechanism works smoothly.
Comes with two matching cushions, ready for its new home. It is heavy although the back comes off for transportation so would need 2 strong people to take it. Free, just don’t have room for it now.
