New still in original box. One zip was broken (marked in photo) replaced now. It's under the arm cushion so you won't see it. Otherwise new good quality sofa for less than half price.
Leather on wearing surfaces and faux leather around the sides.
60% leather, 40% faux leather.

Floor to seat height: 50cm.
The back are removable for transportation.
