Modular 3.5 Seater Left-Hand L Shaped Chaise Sofa (2 piece) - Grey, Good Condition

This is a former John Lewis New York 'Loft-Style' 3.5 Seater Left-Hand L Shaped Chaise Sofa (2 piece).

Please note that the photos taken on my iPhone may appear to show imperfections in the fabric, but the fabric is in much, much better condition than the camera can convey. I recommend viewing the sofa in person.

The design is contemporary and stylish and will work in any modern living room.

The sofa is really well constructed, it has very solid constriction with sturdy metal legs that are screwed in via multiple points in the base (see photo).

I have added floor protectors to these legs, but you can of course replace these with more minimal protectors.

Cushions are all extremely generously feather filled (you have to work very hard to take the cushions covers off/on when washing them).

Sofa cushion bases are very compact, and I would say medium-firm, but very comfortable. Back and side rest cushions are more plush/softer.

Sofa splits into 2x pieces to allow for various layouts (see photos).

Fabric: No labels, however, the fabric is very durable, comfortable and washable (*Note: the quality of the material reflects the original purchase price, £2k+)

Colour: Charcoal grey (*Note: please reference the main photo for an accurate colour reference).

- The underside of both sofas feature corovin fire retardant base lining fabric.

Imperfections to note:

- One the chaise there is a small tear in the fabric that the base cushion sits on, which I have taped to protect it (see photo). This is of course not visible when the base cushion is placed on the chaise.

On the right-sided rest of the two piece, exterior facing, there is very slight fade in the fabric where it appears to have caught the sun (see photo).

All cushions covers are removable (including base cushions), and I have just washed all of these in preparation for a new owner.

The sofa originally cost £2k+, and it's only being sold due to future relocation.

Sofa can be picked up from TW1, South-West London or you can arrange a man with a van (guide cost £100-150, London only).
