Selling our massive, premium Italian designer U-shaped leather sofa from high-end brand Denelli Italia. This is a massive, heavy-duty statement piece crafted from top-grain genuine white leather—built to an exceptional standard that easily outlasts modern high-street furniture.
It has been a fantastic sofa for hosting, movie nights, and lounging, but we are downsizing our layout.

✨ CONDITION & PRICE REFLECTION:
The genuine white leather has beautiful natural creasing consistent with its age. There are some minor surface scuffs/scratches as expected with use, but because this is premium, top-grain leather, it is an ideal candidate for upcycling. It can be easily touched up or fully repainted/recoloured using standard off-the-shelf leather restoration paint kits (like Furniture Clinic) to make it look brand new! PLEASE NOTE: One internal seat spring has slipped/snapped in the round corner module, causing that specific seat cushion to dip slightly when sat on. This is a very common fix (replacement spring repair kits are under £20 online, or a mobile sofa tech can repair it easily). Because of this, I have priced the sofa very fairly to reflect the fix.

* Location: Located on a 3rd floor.
* Lift Access: There is a passenger lift in the building. The smaller modular sections will fit inside the lift cabin.
* The "Balcony" Piece: Please note, one large main section of the frame is very long and rigid; it will need to be carried down the 3 flights of stairs by you (it originally had to come up via a balcony hoist).
* Requirements: This is strictly a 2 to 3 person job. You MUST bring your own muscle and a large Transit-style van. The seller cannot help with lifting or carrying down the stairs.
