Charming, classic design, country style, fabric and faux leather sofa with matching armchair and foot rest.

This is a high quality set in very good condition. We are a bed and breakfast and this set is in our guest lounge. 9/10 guests don’t use this room and the ones that do would rarely spend more than 20 minutes in there. It’s is very comfortable, cushions are are all very plump and in great condition.

There are a few minor signs of wear but it’s been very well looked after, lightly used, in a pet free and smoke free environment.

The set cost over £2700 from Knox in Kilkeel. Selling for an absolute bargain price as we have sold the bed and breakfast.

Please note, as we are still operating as a bed and breakfast, the sofa cannot be collected until the 16th September at the earliest.
