Description
Beautfiul 2 seater, very deep, brick red velvet-y sofa.
It's Barker & Stonehouse, only 2 years old (Originally ~ £1500), smoke free house. Very deep & super comfortable. Measures, Heigh (to top of arms/back, not pillows) 63cm. Width: 181 cm. Depth: 110cm.
The only catch (and the reason it's priced so well): is that it has to go out over a first floor balcony. The deep sofa fits through most doors, but my flat door turns directly into stairs. So you'll need 2 experienced movers or 3 inexperienced movers. I do have a ladder you can use. The move out can't damage the building & is at your own risk.
